These fees will usually covered for Credit Checks, Referencing, Tenancy Agreement administration and Inventory Checks. These will be paid in addition to any Rent and Deposit that is due under a Tenancy Agreement and payable before the tenancy starts.
You should be aware that the need for a Guarantor may not become apparent until your referencing, (including for any joint tenants) has been completed, therefore guarantor referencing fee(s) will only become payable should a guarantor be required.
This fee covers the cost of your credit checks and referencing and holds the property for 7 days. The application fee is non-refundable, even if a tenancy is refused on the grounds of references or if the tenant withdraws from taking the property.
Rent and Deposit – You will be required to provide the agreed sum of rent and deposit before taking possession of the property. The deposit is required for the full tenancy against loss, damage or charges payable at the termination of the tenancy.
