The Office is Open and we are Covid Ready for visitors please call before you do plan to visit us and book in an appointment to void disappointment. Please remember to wear a mask/face covering and your Gloves, We do have gloves and Sanitiser available as you enter our office.
Once we receive your form we shall be in touch via email and then arrange a viewing, please note you will need to answer questions re Covid 19 symptoms.
PLEASE remember the Advice we have provided during your telephone call & questionnaire re COVID (Please note our calls are recorded), please keep a 2m distance and wear your protected gear and wash your hands after visiting the rooms.
Re Viewings currently we are only allowed two people from the same household during the viewing.
The member of Staff shall be in the car at all times or outside of the property or keep 2m distance away from all clients during the viewing and negotiation Please respect this at all times. Sanitiser will be provided if needed after viewings/visits to any of our properties, we also have gloves and shoe covers. But please try wash your hands if you do touch anything within the property, we are trying our best to clean all handles during each viewing/visits.
